Material: Cupro Fabric (73% Cupro - 27% Polyester)

Features:  Smooth, shiny surface without wrinkles, super light at only 34g/m2, Cupro limits static electricity to the maximum for maximum skin protection Things that belong to nature placed on each other will help each other shine.

Care Instructions:

• Hand wash or gentle machine wash: Wash Cupro fabric by hand or use a gentle machine cycle with cold or lukewarm water (avoid hot water). Use a mild detergent recommended for delicate fabrics.
• Avoid direct sunlight: Limit exposure to direct sunlight, as it can cause fading and weaken the fibers over time.
• Do not use harsh bleach: Avoid strong bleaching agents or chlorine bleach, as they may damage the fibers and cause color loss.
• Do not soak for long periods: Avoid leaving the fabric soaked in water for too long, as this may cause distortion or fading.
• Wash separately: For the first wash, wash Cupro separately or with similar items to prevent color bleeding or transfer.
• Do not wring tightly: Gently press out excess water instead of wringing tightly, to prevent fiber deformation.
• Gentle drying: If machine drying is necessary, use a low-heat setting, or hang the fabric to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
• Light ironing: When ironing, use a low-temperature setting. If possible, iron on the reverse side or place a protective cloth over the fabric.
• Avoid friction and stress: Prevent pulling, stretching, or creating heavy friction on the fabric surface, as this may damage fibers and cause scratches.
• Proper storage: Store Cupro fabric in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

• International: Shipped via FedEx / DHL / J&T. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed up to 7 business days during peak periods. Orders must be prepaid in full (shipping fees do not include import duties). Any additional taxes or fees are payable directly to the carrier.

• Vietnam: Free standard delivery for in-stock items (3–5 business days).

• Note: Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified or redirected after placement. We recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt to protect your rights.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

• Unshipped Orders: Contact Customer Service to modify or exchange (not applicable for discounted items).

• Shipped Orders: Contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange. If your order meets our conditions, WHITE ANT will send you an exchange label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange shipping fee and any additional charges.Import duties and customs fees on exchange shipments are the customer’s responsibility. If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund once it has been inspected.

Returns & Refunds

• Conditions:

  • Items must not be used for photo shoots, social media posts, commercial purposes, or personal gain.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of marks or odors, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Underwear, tights, socks, and lace leggings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

• How to Return:Email cskh@whiteant.vn or call +84 0963 382 338. If eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label and an estimated return shipping cost (deducted from your refund). The return label is valid for 5 days.

• Refunds:Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days (up to 30 days depending on your card issuer) after inspection of returned items. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
