Material: Floral Lace (75% Cotton, 25% Polyester)

Features:  

• Premium Embroidered Lace Fabric
• Soft and smooth lace surface with evenly raised embroidered patterns and a natural subtle sheen. The breathable lace holes regulate temperature, creating a feather-light, comfortable feel on the skin.
• The weaving and embroidery process requires high precision in every motif, ensuring uniform quality and finish across every meter of fabric.
• Limited production, directly imported from Japan, guaranteeing exclusivity and refined craftsmanship for each design.
• Fabric composition: 75% cotton and 25% polyester, offering a balance of softness, breathability, and durability. This blend ensures garments maintain their shape, resist wrinkling, and are suitable for both everyday wear and luxury apparel. Hypoallergenic, lightweight, and gentle on sensitive skin.

Care instruction:

• Hand wash gently in cold water; avoid rubbing, wringing, or stretching to prevent lace and embroidery distortion.
• Do not use strong detergents or enzyme-based cleaners, which may cause fading and damage to embroidered threads.
• Limit dry cleaning to preserve the fabric’s natural softness and sheen.
• Dry flat or hang on a soft surface in a cool, shaded area; avoid direct sunlight, which may dry out cotton fibers and fade embroidery threads.
• Do not wring vigorously; instead, press gently with a soft towel to remove excess water and preserve lace form.
• Iron on a low setting, on the reverse side, with a thin cloth placed over the embroidery for protection.

Shipping

• International: Shipped via FedEx / DHL / J&T. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed up to 7 business days during peak periods. Orders must be prepaid in full (shipping fees do not include import duties). Any additional taxes or fees are payable directly to the carrier.

• Vietnam: Free standard delivery for in-stock items (3–5 business days).

• Note: Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified or redirected after placement. We recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt to protect your rights.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

• Unshipped Orders: Contact Customer Service to modify or exchange (not applicable for discounted items).

• Shipped Orders: Contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange. If your order meets our conditions, WHITE ANT will send you an exchange label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange shipping fee and any additional charges.Import duties and customs fees on exchange shipments are the customer’s responsibility. If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund once it has been inspected.

Returns & Refunds

• Conditions:

  • Items must not be used for photo shoots, social media posts, commercial purposes, or personal gain.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of marks or odors, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Underwear, tights, socks, and lace leggings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

• How to Return:Email cskh@whiteant.vn or call +84 0963 382 338. If eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label and an estimated return shipping cost (deducted from your refund). The return label is valid for 5 days.

• Refunds:Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days (up to 30 days depending on your card issuer) after inspection of returned items. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
