Features:  A luxury alpaca blend fabric, featuring the rare and silky Suri Alpaca fibers from South America. With its natural luster, smooth touch, and excellent warmth retention, this fabric offers both elegance and functionality. The addition of wool enhances softness and structure. Perfect for premium coats, outerwear, and timeless fashion pieces.

Care Instruction:

• Professional dry clean only – do not wash with water to avoid fiber shrinkage or shedding.
• Do not use hot water, soak, or rub, as this may cause matting or surface collapse.
• Avoid frequent washing – camel hair has natural antibacterial properties; simply air out after wearing.
• Store in a dry place, away from humidity and strong light.
• Hang on padded hangers; do not fold tightly to prevent creases or fiber breakage.
• Steam lightly to remove wrinkles; never press directly on the fabric surface.

Shipping

• International: Shipped via FedEx / DHL / J&T. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed up to 7 business days during peak periods. Orders must be prepaid in full (shipping fees do not include import duties). Any additional taxes or fees are payable directly to the carrier.

• Vietnam: Free standard delivery for in-stock items (3–5 business days).

• Note: Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified or redirected after placement. We recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt to protect your rights.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

• Unshipped Orders: Contact Customer Service to modify or exchange (not applicable for discounted items).

• Shipped Orders: Contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange. If your order meets our conditions, WHITE ANT will send you an exchange label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange shipping fee and any additional charges.Import duties and customs fees on exchange shipments are the customer’s responsibility. If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund once it has been inspected.

Returns & Refunds

• Conditions:

  • Items must not be used for photo shoots, social media posts, commercial purposes, or personal gain.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of marks or odors, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Underwear, tights, socks, and lace leggings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

• How to Return:Email cskh@whiteant.vn or call +84 0963 382 338. If eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label and an estimated return shipping cost (deducted from your refund). The return label is valid for 5 days.

• Refunds:Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days (up to 30 days depending on your card issuer) after inspection of returned items. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
